Dee Baker is the Founder and Chief EmPOWERment Officer of Beyond the Uniforms™ LLC, an identity-centered leadership development company assisting women in leading beyond roles, titles, and expectations with clarity and purpose.
A U.S. Air Force veteran and former federal leader, Dee’s work is grounded in lived experience, leadership integrity, and the belief that transformation begins from the inside out.
