With over 30+ years of experience spanning military operations, program management, strategic consulting, and leadership development, Dee brings unmatched expertise to her mission of fostering personal and professional growth. Her signature workshops focus on career readiness, entrepreneurial development, leadership growth, and resilience building, ensuring that women veterans can effectively leverage their unique skills and experiences for success.

Dee’s professional journey is marked by a steadfast commitment to service, strategic impact, and leadership excellence.  As a contracted Senior Business Consultant for a federal agency, she led initiatives focused on talent acquisition and retention, leveraging her deep expertise in operational effectiveness and workforce strategy. Her 12-year tenure supporting the U.S. Department of the Navy HQ included multiple leadership roles where she managed multimillion-dollar portfolios and directed cross-functional teams of up to 450 personnel. With a background rooted in military service, including roles in intelligence operations and executive-level support, Dee thrives in high-stakes, mission-driven environments, bringing clarity, precision, and resilience to every challenge.

Dee has pursued PhD-level coursework in Organizational Leadership, concentrating on organizational change, to lead and influence positive transformations within various organizations. She is a two-time National Women of Color Awards recipient for Managerial Leadership and Career Achievement, a testament to her exceptional ability to lead and inspire in complex and innovative environments. She remains a bold catalyst for helping women lead with purpose, beyond the uniform and into legacy-building roles.

As part of her expanding commitment to women’s empowerment, Dee launched Women Operating in Overflow (WOO) a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to cultivating resilience, mental wellness, and personal growth for women navigating trauma and life transitions. WOO is more than an organization, it's a safe haven where women shift from survival mode to purpose-driven living. This new chapter builds upon Dee’s leadership legacy with NTPS, offering healing-centered spaces for growth beyond the boardroom.
